The practices of hunting and trapping as well as that of fishing are part of the DNA  an outfitter.

Hunting is a tradition deeply rooted in the "Quebec" way of life inherited from its history, from the centuries when it provided a means of subsistence and from the period when the fur trade brought its share of adventurers, many of them Europeans. .

These traditions continue to govern the seasons of Quebecers and to punctuate their lives.

However, these traditions may not be suitable, disturb. Hence our choice to make this section "private" and to reserve it for our hunter friends ... just to take into account conflicting interests. .. "spare the goat and the cabbage".
